To achieve the vision, mission, and goals of the school, the 2020 SMA Pradita Dirgantara curriculum is designed to produce a learners profile / Competency Standards for graduates that have 4 outcomes, namely Global Mindset, Global Leadership, International Recognition, and Respect Nature Culture.
To achieve the outcome from the learner profile, the 2020 SMA Pradita Dirgantara curriculum was developed based on Global Competencies which includes 4 aspects, namely spirituality, attitude, knowledge and skills. Based on Permendikbud Number 43 of 2019 concerning School Examinations and National Examinations, Vision, Mission, and School Goals as well as developments in the conditions and situations of the times, SMA Pradita Dirgantara is developing the 2020 Curriculum with the contents of changes including implementing Global Competencies as part of the graduation requirements of SMA Pradita Dirgantara .
Adaptation of Global Competencies imposed in the 2020 Curriculum of SMA Pradita Dirgantara focuses on developing several competencies: Curiosity and Imagination, Inquirers, Critical Thinking, Communicative, Accessing and Analyzing information, Agility and Adaptability, Collaboration and Leading by influence, Complex Problem Solving, Creative, and Productive (9 skills).
In the implementation of the Global Competencies, there are 5 media / activities used, namely: Critical Essay, Project Based Services, Stadium Generale, English Course and Cross Cultural Understanding.
As for each of these media / activities can be explained as follows.
2. Critical Essay (CE)
Critical Essay activities are developed to cultivate, cultivate and increase power: Curiosity & Imagination, Inquirers, Critical Thinking, Communicative (Effective oral & written communication), & Creative from SMA Pradita Dirgantara students. It is hoped that after graduating from SMA Pradita Dirgantara, children will have more structured thinking skills (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive). The project-based service flow can be described as follows.
- Based Service (PBS)
Project Based Services activities are developed to grow, cultivate and increase power: Communicative (Effective oral and written communication), Accessing and analyzing information, Agility & Adaptability, Collaboration & leading by influence, Complex Problem Solving, Creative & Productive (Initiative & entrepreneurialism) from SMA Pradita Dirgantara students. 3. Stadium Generale (SG)
Generale Stadium activities are carried out by presenting figures whose competencies are in accordance with Global Competencies. This Stadium Generale activity was also carried out to support CE. Stadium Generale activities are developed to grow, cultivate and improve all abilities in Global Competencies. The Stadium Generale flow can be described as follows.
4. English Course (EC)
The English Course program is carried out in the form of the IELTS program in order to prepare students for further study abroad. English Course activities are developed to cultivate, nurture, and increase power: Inquirer, Communicative (Effective oral and written communication), Accessing and analyzing information, Agility & Adaptability, and Collaboration & leading by influence.
5. Cross Cultural Understanding (CCU)
The Cross Cultural Understanding program is carried out in order to deepen the language deepening program and cultural knowledge of “Other Countries” to carry out Sit-ins and / or live-in activities in the destination country. English Course activities are developed to cultivate, cultivate, and increase power: Communicative (Effective oral and written communication), Accessing and analyzing information, Agility & Adaptability, and Collaboration & leading by influence.
With the implementation of Global Competencies through these five media / activities, to make the implementation a success, it is necessary to align the curriculum which includes: National Curriculum 2013, KSN, OECD, Aerospace, Astronomy, and Global Competencies.
